Processing Times

Once your order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order before shipping. Custom and personalized metal prints may require additional time for production and verification, depending on the specifics of the order.

Domestic Shipping

We offer standard and expedited shipping options for orders within the United States. Shipping rates will vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You will see the available shipping options and corresponding costs at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.

  • Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or holidays. Aluminum Graphics is not responsible for such delays.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries internationally. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are not included in our shipping charges and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • International Delivery: Estimated delivery within 10-25 business days, depending on destination.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging your metal prints to ensure they arrive safely. Each print is carefully packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. In the event that your package arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the progress of your shipment through the carrier’s website.

Address Changes

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. We cannot make changes once the order has been shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Allure Metal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or your local post office if you believe your package has been lost or stolen.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for covering any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
