For custom orders, we will provide you with a proof of concept prior to processing your order. Due to the personalized nature of your print, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Order Cancellation & Amendments
Orders can be cancelled up to 12 hours from the time of purchase, as they will have entered the processing stage. Each item is handmade and crafted to order, meaning materials and resources are allocated specifically for your product. This policy ensures we maintain high quality and timely delivery for all of our customers.
Damaged Products
We take great care to package your prints securely. If your order arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging and contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Include your order number, and we will provide further assistance to resolve the issue.
Shipping Costs
Please note that pre-paid shipping labels are not provided for returns or exchanges. If a return is approved, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item shipped to the customer is not the one ordered.
